We have 2 papers at CHI 2026!

ECL members Niharika Mathur and Jiachen Li have two papers conditionally accepted to CHI. We are excited to see them present their work in Barcelona in April! Congratulations Niharika and Jiachen!

ECL Member Niharika Passes her PhD Proposal!

ECL Member Niharika Mathur , advised by Dr. Beth Mynatt, passed her PhD Proposal in May 2025. She is now a PhD Candidate. Congratulations Niharika! We are very proud of you. Niharika's dissertation is titled " Designing Human-Centered Explanations of LLM-Based AI Systems for Aging in Place." We look forward to seeing Niharika's research progress.
